I'm not bashing you or anything, but why did you want to show it here? I don't find it really finished, the animation is looking rushed or mocaped directly from the movie, so it would explains why it's not really worked better, the speed is looking fine and the camera angle too.
But overall, there's still work to do...

If it's your first video/animation, I understand your enthusiasm, but you should make clear what you want to show people, and ask yourselve questions about your work, because people will ask you a lot and you'll have to answer or you'll have this awful feel.

Nah, seriously it's really good, the movement are not really smooth, but that's not bad, you care about the physics. You've put effort in it and it feels like it. But sometimes the rythme is a bit slow, and the action too, the bodies doesn't really react as fast as it should. Overall if it's like one of your first animations, it's pretty good.
