The Issue
The Territory of Promania: The Viceroy of Garpommern has shown much urge to gain statehood in Promania. Garpommern has been a Promies territory for over 10 years and has finally requested statehood, The Viceroy has prospered greatly over the decade, and has brought the Empire much wealth & resources.[/code]

Option 1: Ja
"There are alot of good reason to allow Garpommern to gain statehood. for reasons like, Increase Promies Influence in the Far Western lands, Strategic Position, solidifying the territoy as Promies Lands, and not to mention finally having them pay federal taxes! but furthermore, they brought us much wealth.. Think! what they could bring us as a State! So why not allow them statehood?" says Theian von Rendael Territorial Grand Duke of Garpommern.[/code]

- "I very Much disagree! we dont need another state! Garpommern Deserves to stay Independent under the Pomeranian Dominion! I would agree on that the fact that more taxes is a good reason too, but! influence in the Far West isnt really needed, and making it a State would require the Federal Gov. to divert manpower and resourses not to mention loads of Gold-Marks! to maintain that state! the Pro's are Just NOT worth the CON's!!" says George von Eldean local Garpommern Politician.[/code]
