RTW Tier Rules

Armies Cost $5k each and takes 3 RL days to recruit

Navies Cost $4k each and takes 3 RL days to recruit

Fortress Cost $10k each and takes 7 RL days to construct. When a fort is constructed in a region it allows any battle occurring there to take place as a siege battle

Garrison rule: Miltia troops (only) defending your fortresses, cost 500 dollars buy and upkeep of 250. It allows each fortress to be garrisoned by 500 milita troops.

Movement – Armies = One square per RL day Each navy can transport two armies. Armies must acquire permission to move through occupied territory

Upkeep –$1k each army per week. $1.5k each navy per week

Mobilization - Costs 20k immediately, get an auto 5 armies (note no navies)

Resources – This is a quick yet risky way to expand the income available to the your nation. This declaration of war must include which nation you are attacking and what resources/colonies you are attempting to acquire from them

Land – Some nations seek to expand their borders and rightfully so. When declaring war, announce which regions are being invaded along with a link showing a map of the area. There is a maximum of two (2) territory limit acquisition in this type of war. Unoccupied lands are gained by defeating the faction that owns the region in RTW on Very Hard and are limited to two a week

Total Annihilation - There will come a time when one nation will not be satisfied with anything less than the complete destruction of their enemy. To do so, all of a nations armies and navies must be destroyed. If the nation surrenders, their armies and navies are dispersed and the contents of the defeated nations treasury is given to the victor

Alliances – In order to participate in a war on behalf of an ally, the alliance must be more than one weeks old and posted on the participating nations group page. If an alliance is broken, the nations cannot attack each other for 3 RL days

ALL~ declarations of war must be posted to tier page to be valid. The type of war should be stated clearly in the message along with any other necessary information. The defender has 24 hrs to respond before loosing

Rebellion rule ~ Rebellions may happen, but they need to win 5 battles in a row, and unbalanced battles are allowed.

"Claims" - Any nation may claim any land on earth, HOWEVER, this DOES NOT mean they auto-own it. You MUST go ALL the way over there and fight and win the battle. If another nation fights and takes the land you "claimed", too bad for the claiment, since there is nothing you can do besides war.
