It didn't perform well and they shut down the servers. But there is a project to connect to their custom servers. It's still dead but at least you can make private server with friends.
Their discord has all the information and even the command to download the game.
On Windows 10 it's as easy as copy pasta stuff in steam launch command thing to get the game working.
In the same discord there is another team making a whole new game in the same style.

What happened to Deathgarden !?
