I'm late AF but IDGAF!

• Competitively I think most of us were let down by our results mid-sesason, but the strong majority of the team enjoyed the social aspects of 2w.
  
• The players who should be attending the map reviews the most are exile (15), Daffodil/rebite (12), and Fallen Lord (9). My boy Niko Jims (1) voted for himself but he was probably there the most.
  
• The map opinions fall in line with whether or not we won anythign those weekends.

We need a way to improve our teamwork
probably need a co-leader with a voice of reason, someone to digest harsh criticism and relay it in a productive manner.
Try to take scrims/map reviews and anything else that can be helpful serious. Communicate with each other, practice DM, pay more attention to whats going on in the game. Be more aggressive and assertive. I think this team can be very good if everyone plays to their best potential.

I'm sad to see this is our last survey :( but I hope everyone enjoyed them.

Friday evenings and Saturdays before scrims are the most popular times for map reviews.
Having players that show up to map and demo reviews would improve our season experience.
As the final survey, our favourite maps were product, upward, then barely lakeside. It would be neat to see how our favourite maps changed throughout the seasons if someone wanted to do that :).

Important classes should have more reliable attendance, team as a whole should work on spy awareness, and comms need to be less cluttered.

Whether it’s winning Silver, getting stomped in Platinum, or MoonDoggy making us watch questionable videos, I will cherish all of the memories I’ve had with this team for many years.

I was in a really rough spot when I made this team and being with all of you really helped. I’ve made many great friendships here. Second Wind has always been more than just a team to me and I hope it has felt that way for others as well.

This isn’t how I imagined it would all end but it’s whatever. I want to thank all of you for being a part of 2w. None of this could have happened without you guys.

I will likely take down our Mumble server (unless someone needs it or something) and I’m going to let Markers use the game server until my subscription runs out, but I will still use the original 2w Mumble if any of you remember it. Feel free to ask!
