There are far worse games on Steam, and yes, plenty of mobile-first games have been ported (some well, most badly) to work on PCs as well. This has been going on for a while already, it's not new. There is almost no requirement for games to be good, so... Yeah, Steam is full of crap and has been for a long time.

As for screenshots not showing real gameplay, that might be breaking the rules. To quote from the rules:

Screenshots should exclusively show the gameplay of your game. This means avoiding using concept art, pre-rendered cinematic stills, or images showing awards, marketing copy, written descriptions, and so on.

However, many games break these rules, so it's not something new either. Best we can do is just ignore all the bad games, refund if you paid for a game that doesn't match what you were advertised, leave negative reviews.

But I did take a brief look at the video and the screenshots, and frankly it doesn't look all that different, so I don't really see what you're complaining about.
