I don't think they were trying to trick you. Probably just really bad communication on their part.
In any case, the Steam Curator rules override any of such requests the devs may make. You're always free to give a game, the rating you think it deserves. So don't worry much about it.
They may even just have mistaken your curator for a curator for Hungarian audience, and not only about Hungarian games.
I don't think they tried to mislead you, again, they never pretend to be Hungarian.
They just made the "effort" to write you in Hungarian-ish.
So they may probably have been interested into your curator, even if they did not understood your area of expertise.
In the end, just my 2 cents.
"Looking forward to your warm and favorable reviews..." is the only mildly unethical part, but putting effort into contacting you in a language you understand surely can't be criticised.
I agree with this. I also have an issue with the previous sentence, but assuming that he has refused the key already, we can't necessarily make any opinions as to the nature of asking to review the game favorably.
