Solution for Steam clutter
Love the work you all do here! Wanted to stop by because I think I have the solution to the clutter issues and you all seem like the ones that could spread the word.

Solution for Steam Clutter

This solution will accomplish the following and is very simple to implement:

On the developer and publisher pages add a not interested button that ignores all of their current and future titles.

Benefit For Consumers:
Clear out future and current titles from developers they're not interested in
Prevent current and future spam developers from ever showing up for them on Steam
Make it quick and easy to not interest 10's if not 100's of games with a few clicks
Make it so you can almost blanket ignore categories as an example visual novels with a few publisher or developer ignores
Help consumers find games that caters directly to their tastes

Benefit For Developers:
Increase of relevant traffic to all games as customers pools of visible games shrinks
Increase overall review scores as the customers you are selling to will be interested in your product
Increase sales due to an increase in overall review scores

Benefit For Steam:
Improves quality and relevance of Steam store front on a per user basis
Increases consumer happiness
Eliminates the need to granularly monitor developer productions
Increases visibility for all current and future games
Increases visibility for all new releases
Increases revenue
Reduces refunds
Increases overall review scores and accuracy

Most of the shovelware junk peddlers use a myriad of alternate company names so people do not catch on. Just look at the names Zonitron was using: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/groups/Sentinels_of_the_Store/discussions/0/1519260397775331528/#c1519260397779304368

I agree Valve should add an option to filter out games by publisher/dev...but given that their curent tag filter system doesn't work I'm not having much faith.:steamsad:

How about limiting developer to 1 release per month? And monitoring creation of sock puppets of course.
When someone moves a lot of their releases to Steam - manual approval, it's not that often.
