Garnudo Games Stealing RPG Maker games
In addition to It's Good to be a Pirate RPG, I managed to track down 6 additional games that were posted on various RPG Maker websites that this developer has stolen. It is thanks to the RPG Maker community that I was able to get this information at all, and so I share it to you all.

1. Prison Break RPG was stolen from rpgmaker.net and the real owner is known by the name of railgun545.

2. Island Sky RPG couldn't be tracked down since the original is in a foreign language, but it is done by Ocean

3. Stationary was also stolen from rpgmaker.net and the real owner is lonacer

4. Lost and Found RPG was stolen from rpgmakerweb.com and the original owner was a user by the name of Amanda Jackson.

5. The Blight was again stolen from rpgmaker.net and the original author was Monkeydesu.

6. Orpheus was again another rpgmaker.net game and the original author was Almagesto.

UPDATE: We seem to have a perfect 11 out of 11 RPG Maker games that are stolen. Addressed below:

7. Sunshine RPG was again stolen from rpgmaker.net. The original title was Sunshine and the original author was guillandpaper

8. Three Treason Theories appears to be this game: https://rpgmaker.net/games/6740/ The original author is Treason89.

9. Shadows Light RPG was stolen from rpgmaker.net and the original author is Joshharbin.

10. Slimes RPG appears to be stolen from, you guessed it, rpgmaker.net and the original author appears to be sempersapiens.

This one slipped my notice, but Inside is also stolen from rpgmaker.net. The original author is UlrichBR.

And It's Good to be a Pirate RPG was replaced by Suzaku Fly VR, a Unity Asset Flip.

Update: People within the RPG Maker community have begun to report Garnudo Games for fraud, and this is basically the response that they got:

We're aware of it and dealt with it as much as we could, however due to the fact that most of these devs have been gone for years and that Steam doesn't accept proof unless it's given by the devs themselves we can't exactly do much more than we already have.

The stolen games that haven't already received a DMCA are remaining up for now.

Wow, the developer has blatantly stolen games of which some have received DMCA notices and the developer hasn't been kicked off of steam!! What does it take?

That's a strange decision from Valve, true.

So far, the only game that was DMCA'ed was It's Good to be A Pirate RPG, however, before the DMCA went through, the dev swapped out the game on the same appid (against TOS). Now the game is Suzaku Fly VR.

Ironically enough, the game above is now hidden from the search results for both the publisher and the developer.

Island Sky RPG has been removed, maybe in this case the original author has showed up.

Just a single case of confirmed theft would be enough to kick Garnudo out IMO, but who knows what goes through the brains at Valve (mmmh... lots of talc?).
