Sorry, the prone figure on the floor in the first shot. It's one of the succubus characters from Ragnarok Online.

Best path forward is to contact the IP owners of the games in question and get them to file a DMCA request against Steam. Outing or complaining about stolen assets generate zero reaction from Valve without the legal request.
