How about it disallows juggling games between developers and publishers first? Although there may be legit reasons for those.

But at least it should do something with making lookalike dev names.

I'm sure Valve has some antivirus measures in place, but still gaming software often causes false positives from antiviruses, so i'm actually curious how do they try to balance that. I'm sure they don't send all suspicious files to antivirus vendors automatically or half-automatically which would probably be one of the good ways to do it: quarantine a game until vendors confirm it's a false positive.

Makes sense. Then i agree it should be increased a bit, even niche indie game that is good would likely be able to get back that fee.

So this fee is actually given back after good amount of sales? I haven't seen specifics.
