I never said it was bad. In fact, I was saying the opposite.

ooooh that's from black and white 2? lmfao i didn't play that one, just really looked like hilda to me XD but yeah that DEF looks like the same character.

didn't play this game but have played pokemon, they're talking about the female protagonist of the pokemon game: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Hilda_(game). but the clothing is a bit different than hilda's but there is a similarity between the two. also in that pic, there's a sprite that looks a bit like jasmine (another character in the series) but can't find a screenshot of her pixel in-game so not sure if that's a complete steal or just a super similar pixel art.

This may be true for some countries to prevent buying games at lower prices, however, if you have ever used a United States payment method than it looks you should be able to always set the store country to the US no matter where you are logged in from.

What if I use an APO address?

If you are serving abroad you can update your store country to the United States by using any payment method from the United States during the checkout process.

So if his account is still under Isreal, using a card with a different county's address wouldn't work for him.

I mean, you can send in a ticket (I know you did), but I doubt steam is going to do anything about it, in all honesty. It'd be better to try to contact the dev/publishers about it, as they're the ones who technically set the prices. They most likely just took what the steam recommendation for the prices without actually seeing how it converted. There are a ton of currencies on Steam, and some devs/publishers just don't care enough to double check each conversion (I'm not saying this is okay, just saying they probably make the assumption that it's fine). There are a lot of currencies that over/under pay for certain games.

just a heads up about the achievements, some games' achievements only unlock upon closure and people may not know that and so that they'll have the same time stamps. Some games work when offline well (not all games' achievements but some do), so same time stamps could also be from that too.

I also agree with Hibachi on the play time as well. I've seen reviewers that spent very little time in the game and hated it (or the concept of the game) instantly. I wouldn't call them fake reviews. They definitely either should have read the game's description better or given the game an actual shot before reviewing it, but it doesn't mean their review was fake.

Doesn't it mean that you can still get a refund with the devs assistance? Do mind that "< 2 hours rule" is just for automated refund system, it doesn't mean that you can't ask for a refund if you have played more than 2 hours, it just means that your refund request will take more time, because it'll be handled by the support staff.

This ^ You could even add in "dev said it was a full game but switched to EA after I bought it" etc etc and note in the bugs and such, so chances are you'll get a refund.
