Yeah, they were probably banned for review manipulation too: friends of the developer account https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/profiles/76561198996104764 all posted reviews for games by Game Sailing Studio and Small Game's sock puppets.

新作も出るようなので、これ以上被害にあう人が増えない様にご報告させていただきました。
I and some of my friends have been victimized by a game that seems to have been developed here.
Since there is a new game coming out, I wanted to report it so that more people will not be affected.

Something fishy here, probably reviews manipulation or paid fake reviews.
Notice all the throw away accounts with only one review posted especially for this game...
