Same as above by the same dev of Doctor Dash ASMR Hospital. I can't comment on the reviews as I don't yet have an eye to spot the fake patterns, but the DLC pricing is simply stupid high. 3 of the negative reviews have some good points not mentioned in the over the top positive reviews. Worth a look when blocking Dr. Dash above. Now I'm off to explore the Publisher Brightika, Inc. of this game and mass ignore all their offerings as well.

Even if it was taken down, information about the Dev/Pub and any known scam network would be good.

Otherwise, my simple solution is not to buy any new or crappy indie titles, specially out of China or Russia.

Agreed. Unhelpful. Every 1 word or "Good/Bad game" type reviews I always down vote.
They simply are not helpful.

Whomever wrote the "review" needs spoken with.

Very unhelpful and imonsho makes SotS look bad with a exceedingly short and undescribed review like that. We need verbosity and reasons behind critical statements. Not to be confused with Mansplaining. ;)

Also "Troll Game" could mean anything. I immediately though Tower Defense which this game obviously is not. Though... would be an entertaining and very possibly funny take on things. lol

When writing I highly suggest everything always be written for the lowest common denominator within the target audience. For games like this, that would be a 10 year old with a 6-7th grade reading level.

Many full grown adults never reach that reading level, so this isn't intended to be read as insulting. The lowest common denominator in this case would also include new people, very young and elderly, to the Steam platform. Basically keep it simple but don't expect the reader to have enough experience or history to understand any short speak.

In a way this reminds me of my old... hmm... I'm just going to say Angband days, but its wrong... Games based on the Angband dungeon game of old (I can't remember what I played, damn..TK Angband or something) but there were experiments with some players to create a script based character to see how long it could play automatically and survive. I never got into it and was done & bored with the game by then. The closest thing to this game on the market now I think is Hammerwatch.. but not sure. I also never learned how that particular project went. If they ever had a game winner or iron man mode
winner.

This AI usage to create whatever reminds me of that script experiment... and the AIs will get very good at it, imo.

We are still in the Wild Wild West of The Internetz. We've just entered the phase where the Corps (including Govs) have established paywalls to access anything. Oversimplified.

Now we are in the Wild Wild West of AI development... I suggest we look at our past Human/Corp behaviors and assume the AI will only be used for overall profit gain, as is the pattern... and far more efficiently. Beginning steps to the Holo Deck experience.

"Computer. I want to kill zombies. Level 5, hoard mode, arcade mode, with a dark cabin in the woods setting" and the computer creates it on the spot with something like Real Engine X. lol "No.. I want all the zombies to look like my brother Kevin. Pull his likeness from his FB profile page. And make him grin a lot. I don't like his smile." ;)

I still don't understand how something like this can earn someone any profit.
How does this work to have a game of this low quality and interest as a free to play model.
Some of these crapgames switch to paid models too. What are they doing? How is it putting $ in their pockets?

Single title by a single dev/pub and an email. Just smells bad and reminded me to ask the above question. What are they doing? lol

I've always wondered what the motivation is behind this pattern... Where the $ is earned as that is the driving force with so many doing it. I can see $ laundering with high prices... or bad economics in the country of origin. $1 USD = who knows how much there... So anything is better than nothing... *scratch head*

I'd be interested in learning how the profiteering is driven with the trash games, multiple dev/publisher and or teams.

I had one a few years back and it was so nice to be able to block a dev or publisher and ignore every product they pushed. Unfortunately after one of the Steam updates, it stopped working. Looking forward to giving yours a go. tyvm.
