We are aware of the individual and are currently looking further into him. We are not comfortable with publicising most of the info yet as it's still being checked over by myself, moderators and researchers, but will say for now is that you will probably be doing the right thing denying his keys.

Thanks though for giving some extra insight on how he approaches developers, that will prove useful to us.
