32 774 ignored games doesn't mean that Steam has an issue. Its just means that you didn't like majority of different video games that discovery queue did show you.
I really doubt that even 75% of those games was asset flips.
I am using queue quite regularly for months and I am yet to find any sort of bottom of the barrel thrash in it. The lowest rated game was 52% positive 3D puzzle game.
Also reminder: wishlisting and buying asset flips does affect what you will find in it so if you claim to see a way too many asset flips and terrible games then that means..........

As for conversation - there is nothing to say because we don't have enough power to do anything about all this. This is Valve platform and its all up to Valve to decide what they are gonna do with it.
If you don't like majority of the games on store then sorry but that is not Valve fault.
If you don't like people voting for tags sorry but that is not Valve fault.
If you don't like preorders and early access games then sorry but that is not Valve fault.
If you don't like constantly looking at low quality indie games then sorry but that is not Valve fault. And no - those are not overshadowing good indies at any point.
