Hardy Laurel is blacklisted because rome vision is used in STT to make Spies disguise properly. Basically, the entire RED team is given rome vision, and that allows us to change the appearance of players without also changing how the BLU team sees the players.

I don't believe it was tested since none of us had a Hardy Laurel at the time, but since it enables rome vision and could potentially cause some issues, we blacklisted it for robots.

The giant rage meter is there to prevent giants from hiding in spawn, or camping on the enemy team's Tank, since otherwise it would be pretty boring for everyone.

The animations on round end are just some separate plugin that linux has on all of his servers, as far as I know. The team name changing is intentionally enabled on PLR.

We considered allowing Spies to sap the robots at one point, but not in the form of stunning enemies like it does in MvM. The most it would have done would be a temporary speed reduction and health drain.

It was not implemented because there's not really any need for it. Spy is already useful enough, and he certainly doesn't need to be made better in direct combat. Ultimately, no matter what the effects would have been, it also would have been annoying to fight against.

So yeah, don't count on it getting added.

Yeah just thinking if players see the healthbar filled it could be confusing. If you didn't plan it, I suggest a delay between the two tanks turn. So when the tank is destroyed the healthbar disappear and reappear (let's say, 5 seconds later?) with the opposing team's tank.

A small delay between turns is planned, yes.
