    • Added +54% damage vs buildings.
    • Note that before Gun Mettle, the Scorch Shot's damage penalty did not apply to buildings, causing it to do 30 per hit. However, the flare also explodes on impact with a building, causing it to do double damage (previously 60 per shot). Scorch Shot flares still do double damage to buildings because of this, though the damage penalty now applies against buildings (in a normal game, Scorch Shot will now do 39 damage per shot against buildings).
    • This added bonus restores pre-Gun Mettle damage for the Giant Flare Pyro. It will now do 60 damage per shot against buildings again instead of 39.
