Kill assists count torward the rage meter, so the Giant Medic typically shouldn't have too hard of a time with the meter, unless the other giant has no teammates around him at all.

The rage meter just kills the giant if it runs out anyway. AFK giants is on our list of things to fix, and we're hoping it'll make it's way into the next announcement-worthy update.

The map's gone from all servers now, I made sure of it. So I'll close this, when Cactus Canyon is fixed it'll return to the rotation and voting lists. You'll probably see it mentioned in the next announcement-worthy update.

It's allowed, but keep in mind that we're trying to make the giants unique. If you want your idea to really stand out, try to come up with a giant that doesn't do something too similar to the giants we already have.

It's random from the top 5 players on the team.

That's the whole point of the early warning, to give you all the time in the world to pass. You can type /pass to opt out of being a buster at any time you wish, even if you aren't selected to be the next one.

It's been taken off the rotation for now.

The stuck issue is on our list of things to fix, but yeah, I don't know if the hitbox is fixable. It's the same Tank from MvM, so I'm sure MvM has that awful hitbox as well.
