No, you don't need to install Skyrim in order to install Enderal. Having it in your Steam Library is enough.

It doesn't work with the Skyrim Special Edition. You need to own Skyrim Classic or Skyrim Special Edition.

We will look into a possible SSE port once the upcoming DLC "Forgotten Stories" is released and properly bugfixed. So that won't happen anywhere in the near future :)

Did you change your appearance in-game via console? What's your monitor's resolution?

Which robe does your character wear? Does it happen with every robe you found so far or only with this specific one?

"Skyrim Classic" heißt bloß, dass du es nicht mit der Skyrim Special Edition installieren kannst. Es ist egal, wie Skyrim installiert wurde (via Steam oder via Disc), solange es auf legalem Weg geschehen ist. Du hast Skyrim schon in deiner Steambibliothek, kannst also Enderal ohne Probleme installieren.
