Fix cat not getting XP when killing multiple birds quickly
Fix cat losing speed buff on death
Fix bird view angles being reset on death
Serverside optimizations for multiple addons
Fix scoreboard icons (wanted, muted, etc) not being removed properly
Hardened net message rate limits to prevent abuse
Patched a net message exploit that could allow players to hover in place indefinitely
Cleaned up a load of tables and timers serverside for performance
Removed all references to ICE, replaced with the original SWAT jobs
Fix animal / pet jobs being unable to use the piss swep if they had it unlocked
Removed unused safe zones from secondary fountain area (was used for the chess tables)
Made it so !p, !pm, and /pm all function the same. Uses the modern "PM from <user>" with colored text
Increased the effectiveness of the mafia's drug processor demand by 100%
Fixed scoreboard not showing all players after you spawn in for the first time
Roleplay jobs that are demoted on death will not be selected as a target for the "Kill the VIP" event
Fix bans not loading when opening the staff menu for the first time

Fixed entities losing their collision after being picked up with a pickup box
Updated crafting bench item names to match other parts of the server
Banning a player from becoming a cop during a revolt will fully remove them (staff)
Show [COP] tag for master chief if he sides with the police
Made it so you can empty a custom class weapon slot instead of deleting it
Added a supplemental anti-cheat to detect aimbotters. Detection bans are disabled for now
Extreme gambler npc should respect a user's gaming preferences
Fix NPC chat UI scaling
