The other UAB groups have been dead for a very long time, and I've started this after the following announcement from https://www.al.com/education/2025/05/alabama-college-one-of-first-in-us-to-offer-degree-for-emerging-esports-field.html, UAB is the 9th Univ in the USA to offer an Undergrad in "Esports Performance Management and Coaching."

So, whether you're part of the new eSports program, just a fellow gamer, enrolled or graduate, this group is for you.

Anyone want to help make this place good for us, by getting us a Discord, or webpage, feel free to let me know. I'll handle over leadership here. We need a group that's active.
