Each faction is allowed one 'Flagship'. The flagship CV does not have to comply with any class rules, just the following rules:
- Turret limit based on size - set by TheeWolf upon inspection.
- No drill turret
- Is not allowed to enter planetary orbit even on home worlds.
The flagship is a one time thing, only one can be built ever and only one ship can be named the factions flagship ever. If the flagship is destroyed or captured, another cannot be built or named or declared flagship.
The flagship can be anysize contain any number of cargo, gardens, food production, constructors etc etc. It has no class or role specification so it can be carrier or battleship or both. It is your flagship it should be formiddible.
