I share many sentiments in this video essay. I recall thinking, man I wish Lollipop chainsaw was on PC.

Here we are years later, where all these older games and new games are coming to PC.

For someone who grew up with a PC and have been a PC gamer my whole life, I can say PC's are so much easier and simpler to use then they used to.

Making gaming more accessible.

I've dabbled with Consoles, but my heart is with PC gaming. In 2019 I made a Twitter post about how every Hitman Game is available on PC.

Not to mention the backwards compatibility, it's the most resilient. If one really wants to he can go all the way back to DOS and still play those games with Dos Box.

And lets face it, modding is so much more accessible on PC and it makes games live longer. Not to mention adds sexiness for those who want that.

I know the remasters in some aspects are slightly inferior. I'm just hoping they do well regardless and the industry give us more unapologetic balls to the wall fun action, sexy games.
I mean sure, a HD remake is the easiest thing to do. But at least we get the option to play it again. (not like y'all still have your PS3... unlike me with my copy *nerd-emoji*)
