The Smack Down(The Slammer rework):
When teammate is hit you reduce their size by 10% for 60 seconds(does not stack)
On hit: -25% walk speed on target(does not stack)
On hit on airborn target: Slam them into the ground and giving them x3 falling damage
-125% swing speed
