Headshot someone in the middle of a crowd. You may only deal 180 damage to them, but you'll also deal 180 damage to everyone around them, can also be used to propel yourself long distances. Basically the Bow version of the Rocket Launcher or the Manncannon... The Huntsmanncannon?

Kiting is a concept in MMOs where you basically Hit and Run. I don't know how well this would work in an FPS, though. Especially TF2.
