Since the Berserker Mode is apparently very unbalanced, figured this could potentially change that:

Berserker Mode (REWORKED)
(?) Taking 350 damage fills up BERSERK meter, when full, press attack 3 with your melee out and less than 50% health to activate 7 seconds of personal Buff Banner, Battalion's Backup and Concheror effects.
(-) -75% slower weapon switch
(-) No actual weapon

(±) Damage is increased/decreased depending on wearer's movement speed (-20% if idle, -15% if crouchwalking, -0% if you moved slower than normal in the last 5 seconds, +15% if you moved at max speed in the last 5 seconds without jumping. Not affected by speed boosts.)
(±) Movement speed is dependant on how long you have been running for, -20% by default, gradually increases to +15% after running for 7 seconds. 2% is lost upon turning.
(±) 34% more accurate after moving for 4 seconds
(-) -50% clip size
(-) No random critical hits

Feedback'd be appreciated.

This is a bit of an unusual idea that would probably be impossible to make, but I figured I'd post it anyway.

(?) Upon dominating an enemy, steal part of your victim's soul: they will recieve a max health penalty that carries over through lives, and their missing health is given to you for a maximum of 400 max health. This does not affect overheal.
(-) Getting dominated or taken revenge on will release all souls
(-) -50 max health on wearer
(-) Blocks medigun beams
(-) Truly honorbound: This weapon's max health penalty will remain even if the weapon is switched away from or you change class until you score at least 5 points, which will allow you to switch away from it without any health penalties.
Max health penalty varies between classes.

Probably overpowered, but I felt like posting it here. Also, I'd imagine these would be the max health penalties:

125HP > 110HP
150HP > 125HP
175HP > 150HP
200HP > 150HP
300HP > 250HP

(?) Instead of afterburn, victims are frozen, slowing down their movement speed, weapon switch speed and reload speed. Does not deal continous damage to victims

The two main downsides of the Force-A-Nature are the fact that it reloads slower, and only has two shots in it's clip. The Medispenser charge makes it so that you don't have to worry about either of the things. So basically you have a rapid-fire scattergun that deals more damage than the stock, that never has to reload. The Crit-A-Cola works great with it too because you can snipe people and deal even more damage.

what part of "April Fools Weapon" do you not understand

I feel like the Maxine is a bit underpowered. I mean, i get being able to fire while walking around is a pretty big deal, but the downsides just feel a little bit too punishing, mainly the ammo consumption.
