This is way to freaking powerfull ? Why ? Because a medic can just don't use his melee for that kind of stuff and keep medigun in order to get the permanant highlight

I think it should have body malus like :

While deployed : able to see allies trought walls with their HP bar
On taunting : Heal the allies with the lowest health like an Amputator

But

While deployed : consum 1% ubercharge by second
30% slower deploy/holster
10% slower movement speed
The medic's melee weapon is one of his most important weapons and can change the outcome of a whole match depending on what medigun he chooses. Examples: Ubersaw: The ability to get uber quicker can allow your team to push ad catch the enemy of guard at the cost of melee power, Solem Vow: Allows you to see the enemies health and give that information to your team, Vita-Saw: Allows you to get uber quicker than the other medic and outplay him (depending on the medigun), and The Sixth Sense: Allows you to support your team from afar while your coming back to the battle field at the cost of melee power which is crusial when fighting at close quarters and against spies. All other melees I didnt include are either bad or stock
