(+)30% Healing from engineers on buildings (wrenches and rescue ranger)

Not sure how this balanced this is, but I think it's an interesting concept.

Spy: The Copycat(melee)
(+)When attempting to back stab an ubered enemy, take the Uber from them for half the duration left (If you backstab an ubered medic that has 4 seconds of Uber left, you take away their Uber and you get it for 2 seconds)

(-)Deal no damage when backstabbing an ubered enemy
(-)Deal only the base health damage to an enemy (A soldier at 300 HP will take 200 damage from a back stab)
