Suggestions for New Weapons (or New Attributes)
Here's some "rage" weapons for each class.

Scout: Endless Arsonal (Primary)
(+)Bullets ignite enemy (each bullet adds 1 second of fire, stacks up to 10 seconds)
(+)Damage builds "Fire Hype"
(!)Fire Hype leaves a burning trail and a fireball in midair when you double jump; and all damage ignites enemies
(+)10% Reload speed

(-)No random critical hits
(-)30% Clip size
(-)15% Damage to enemies

Soldier: Call To Arms(Secondary)
(+)10% Reload speed and firing speed, increases percentage by 3% every second until rage is over
(-)2 Seconds on rage
(!)Deal 500 Damage to activate

Pyro: Hells Helper (Melee)
(+)Right click to throw (10 second cool down, speeds up by 2 seconds with small ammo pack, 4 seconds with medium, and completely cools down with large)
(+)On impact, will explode into fire (will deal no knock back or explosive damage)
(+)Deal damage to activate "Burning sensation"
(!)Burning sensation can be activated after dealing 350 damage, and burns up all bullets, sappers, projectiles in the area, and ignites enemies for 5 seconds

(-)No random critical hits
(-)20% After burn duration on all weapons
(-)10% Firing speed

Demoman: Crash Course(Shield)
(+)25% Explosive damage reduction
(+)15% Fire resistance and damage reduction
(+)Get 4 Heads or deal 400 damage to
activate "crashing combo"
(!)Crashing combo Increases firing speed by 50% and doubles your head limit or buffs on melee ( if you don't have a head gimmick on your melee, and so you can keep getting buffed up to 8 heads) for 8 seconds

Heavy: Cybertasha (Primary)
(+)Holding m2 charges your minigun
(+)Pressing M1 will unleash a powerful laser when charged (takes 5 seconds to charge, lasts for double however long you charged it for [if charged for 5 seconds, lasts 10 seconds])
(+)Deal damage to activate "Overclock"
(+)No ammo required
(!)Does not need to be fully charged to fire
(!)Overclock reduces charge speed of the Cybertasha and reduces charge for weapons that require charge for nearby teammates (mediguns, banners, weapons, etc) by 20%

(-)No random critical hits
(-)Will mini crit whenever it would normally crit
(-)Only deals 20% damage to enemies

Engineer: The W.A.U(Construction PDA)
(+)All weapons deal mini crits when near it
(!)Replaces the dispenser with the W.A.U
(!)Activate "Overseer" after dealing 300 damage
(!)Overseer allows you and your teammates to see all enemies when near the amplifier for 30 seconds

(-)No ammo or health gained from the W.A.U
(-)Cannot be upgraded
(-)Cannot be placed on moving objects

Medic: Healing Vision
(+)A small robot eye floats near you and points a laser to the most wounded teammate, they gain +10% Healing from all sources
(!)Heal 1000 health to activate "Uberbuff", press your special attack key to activate it
(!)Uberbuff increases healing from all sources for you and all teammates by 50%, and teammates can see each other through walls, and your eye will point to all critically injured teammates, lasts for 10 seconds

(-)No primary
(-)5% Health from all sources

Sniper: The Hitman (Primary)
(+)Gain hits on random enemies (this excludes engineers)
(+)The more successful kills on players you have a hit on, the better your sniper gets (decreases reload speed, charge time, and firing speed)
(!)Be able to activate "No scope" on 5 successful hit kills
(!)No scope disables the darkness around your scope, silences your bullets, allows them to piece enemies, and

(-)No random critical hits on wearer
(-)Reduces overheal by 20% on wearer
(-)Fires tracer rounds

Spy: The E.D.D (Sapper)
(+)On impact with the ground, enemy, or building, will explode and disable any electronic weapons and buildings within range for 10 seconds (recharges in 5 seconds)
(+)Deal 500 damage to activate "Lights out"
(!)This will disable all buildings and electronic weapons near you, and disable voice commands for the enemy, and kills during this time will not show up in the enemies kill feed, and you gain silent killer, lasts for 15 seconds
(!)Damage towards buildings counts to your lights out

(-)Does not deal damage over time to buildings
(-)You lose your disguise when throwing this
