After the latest update to Crimson Court, how do you go about updating a mod to make it compatible?
I opened up a save, and was greeted with a few dozen pages of errors with my mod. Where do you even begin? Which changes are most likely to mess with pre-existing mods?

My suggestion would be to look at your old game files (save them somewhere) then bring up the new files on a fresh install. Then start comparing places where you know you made changes and see what they changed making your mod have errors. I help work on an inventory mod so it was easy for us to just look at the numbers we originally chaged to and see what the creaters files have and revert everything back following the new code structure. Your mod is obviously a bit bigger than that so I would suggest starting with stress healing skills and just work out from there. Maybe in-list help if there is to much to go through.

Once we get clear of the bug fixes, I'll ask the programmers if there is a better way for you all to compare diffs. I know Silvio is working on updating the Official Modding guide which will have notes on the new changes.

Maester Silvio is doing a big Modding Tutorial set of streams, which he is also uploading to Youtube. In the very first one he explains how to use TortoiseSVN, something I myself had never heard of, and how it helps with many things, including this precise problem. I reccomend you check it out.
