here are the only dragon hoovys that there are in Team Fortress2.
To be a dragon hoovy you have to have the DragonBorn helmet and be friendl.

The officers will check every week in everyones backpack, if you don't have it, you'll get kicked from the group.
You can rename it, paint it, have a unusual version, any thing but you have to have it. If you got scammed or hajected, tell us and all officers will thing what to do.
