To allow games exchanges between users

Users should be able to trade their games' licences though the Steam interface. This group is to let Valve know that some of its users are requesting this feature.

Idea here is to advocate to Valve in order for them to create an exchange platform within Steam, for players to be able to exchange their games for money or for other games, with a nifty licence exchange system.

Please post below your idea and if you support (or not) this idea. Also, we're looking for legal ways to make this happen. Thank you.
