You mean PS3?
If that's the case use Xinput wrapper. You can find it in the PCSX2 forums.
Search through google and it should be easy to find.

If you searched the other threads, you would have seen there's been a request for this.

I didn't call you an idiot. I stated that this was requested in at least one other thread. By myself, no less. It's in the "spitballing" thread. I asked for colored PS3 and Xbox button prompts like in FFXIII.

I admit I did not look too thoroughly through that particular thread. That said it is more obvious here and more likely to be seen. However it is a pretty common type of mod and the request was mostly made to let the modders know of the interest in this particular mod.

Nah, it's cool. It would just be more efficient if we had one thread for modders to see.

It's pretty efficient now. As a requested mod is made the original thread(Like this one) is posted in to notify then later deleted to conservw space and keep things neat.

I want a mod that fixed the analog controller issues for controllers other than Xbox.
The new xbox mod for IX doesnt work for me and many others.

You said you wanted to use your PS3 controller right? Have you tried that Xinput wrapper I told you about?

Analog problem persists.

The controller works fine, its just the analog and im not the only one that this doesnt work for..

Weird it works perfectly for me. Are you using an ORIGINAL SONY PS3 controller?
Or a replacement bought seperate.
Have you tried doing a file integrity check?
It may be a corrupted file.
Does Xinput wrapper have the same problem with other games or just FF9?

Yes i have a normal PS3, did what it said in the guide and doesnt work :/

Did you check the force install box?
Sometimes it's required.
Besides that yes only a fix for controllers will help but not if your controller isn't working for other games either.

My controller works for all games and this one too, its only the analog for this game that is being weird.
While using the analog, the character moves sporadically to the left and right, and after installing this mod, the problem persists.

I can use the D-pad fine though.
