CCP works fine, you just need to use that -first- when patching the game with mods. CCP reverts a change SE made that removed some important files necessary for it to work, and if you've patched anything else to your game prior, CCP breaks.

Prior to this fix, Mog kind of.. suspended himself in front of her, and she never really caught him. I mean, I know the core problem, I just don't have the time to spend on fixing it since it's so minor and there are much greater things I could spend the same amount of time doing. So uh, yeah, that said I compromised by turning mog off. I don't think it looks bad, she just looks like she's hugging herself or something.

3.0 has been in the works the last few weeks, with a lot of research months prior to that. I wanted to figure out how to squash some bugs that really felt glaring to me, and fortunately I succeeded at that. Since starting at this full steam ahead again, I had a neat idea that'll make future monsters more seamlessly implemented and maybe add a little fun for the community in the process as well. I'm not sure how many people will genuinely like it, but I think it's a cool idea and I figure it'll at least spice things up a bit.

I do intend to continue working on this regardless though, even after LR hits. Admittedly, LR is going to get a lot of my attention, but eh.. I'll do my best to juggle both. I don't intend to let 3.0 be halted entirely just because LR finally released.

There is such a gigantic list of FFVII mods that I just didn't even try to track them all down. If someone wants to do so, and can compile a list of quality mods as such, I'll happily sticky a post here for em. Until then, I just don't have the time to do it myself.

You could try asking SkacikPL perhaps, he made a custom launcher for XIII-1 and XIII-2, so maybe he could point you in the right direction.

I really just don't have the time (or much interest) in doing this myself, but I wholeheartedly support it. Anyone who wants to work on it is welcome to do so, I'll add them to the threads here happily.

Doesn't happen on my end, or with any online scanners I've run it through. Likewise these mods have been used for over a year now with no reports like this, not even false positives. I suspect something might be on your computer already and piggybacking on your downloads.

EDIT:
I did a little checking on Spursint.A, that is one nasty trojan. Seems very likely you caught it elsewhere and it is spreading, as it's virtually impossible for a false positive on something this nasty. I'd start digging around your PC and see if you can find anything suspicious.. Definitely don't use anything you've downloaded until you can quarantine the problem either.

It's not impossible, I know where the game stores the VFX for the ring.. but uh, bear in mind, if that's removed and you're also using the glow remover patch.. mirror matches with monsters could get confusing really quickly. It's not an unreasonable request, just one I think would personally have a slightly negative effect on gameplay sometimes. That said, I'll see about adding it as an optional addition to the glow mod sometime in the future.

It's pretty much literally impossible for this to lower your FPS, much less cause your game to run at half framerate. This mod doesn't do anything besides replace a single texture map, something else has to be causing your issue.
