Well, thank you Monterossa. :) I appreciate the time you took out of your day. If I end up able to do a mod, I think I would put both my edits of Goddess and Siren's sprites in one package and call it the "Design Reversion Mod".

I don't suppose you would want to collaborate on this, would you? :p You get them working in-game after I did the graphics? Hahaha, sorry, just a joke. I know I have to do it myself.

As stated in an edit to the opening post, I just finished a "reverted design" for Goddess. http://i.imgur.com/P9TMYxp.png I guess it WAS within my capabilities after all! The trouble remains in getting her and Siren into the game, though.

I have no idea. I was asking some friends for critiques on the sprite and I was just like, "Welp, I need to apparently figure out how to open TGA files." Said friend told me, "Oh, I can do that!" and so I sent her the original TGA and Siren's new sprite, and inserted them into the game... yeaaah. So here we are.

I know "if you want it done, you have to do it yourself," but I was honestly kind of hoping someone would be impressed with my sprite enough to do it themselves? Hahaha, wishful thinking, eh.

Siren's original sprite with the new skirt feels pretty well done, and from a design standpoint, I like Goddess' new top, but the ribbon covering her lower stomach does indeed look pretty out of place.

That's strange. I have the US release of FFIV, and I know that EXE listed as being only for the European version is indeed the EXE I used. Unless there was some kind of update ONLY for the US version between December 25th and January 1st, it should be fine. Very strange indeed.

I think it's worth it. It makes battle animations so much smoother, even if some animations go a little too fast. It only works in battle, so it's not like a full speed hack.

Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing alright today. :)

After seeing Monterossa's sprite for his mod ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/groups/ff-modding/discussions/10/451850213949131565/ ) of Siren, which gives the esper the bare-booty look in her halcyon SNES days, I was pretty appreciative of the sprite work. However, I thought that I could do better, and I decided to make my own version.

Edit 1 - I just noticed that it looks like the boss Goddess had a less revealing redesign too. http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Goddess_(Final_Fantasy_VI) Compare the original, uncensored sprite (On the PS tab) to the one in the PC version. (The Mobile/PC tab) If someone wants to take a stab at it, by all means try, but it seems beyond my capabilities.

Edit 2 - http://i.imgur.com/P9TMYxp.png New design for Goddess closer to her original Super Famicom sprite. It took me almost four and a half hours, by hand with a mouse. Here come the cramps... Oww.

I like the other ideas, although you'd need to wait for Synchysi and BTB to finally freaking finish updating Brave New World... I swear, that gets a new update every other day.
