Будьте добрее к окружающим. Не проходите мимо чужой беды. Иногда достаточно просто улыбнуться, сказать доброе слово или выслушать человека. Добро возвращается, даже если кажется, что нет.

Верьте в Бога. Не обязательно кричать об этом, достаточно чувствовать внутри. Он рядом, когда тяжело, когда вы запутались, когда кажется, что всё рушится. Просто помолитесь от сердца, без показухи, и станет легче.

Жизнь короткая. Не тратьте её на обиды и зависть. Делайте добро, молитесь, любите, дышите полной грудью. Всё остальное приложится.

Matthew 13:14-15
And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith,

By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand;
and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing,
and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes
and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart,
and should be converted, and I should heal them.

1 Corinthians 6:9-10
