What's happening?
Recently I've started to encounter huge influx of deadweight players. By deadweight I meant players stacking classes, picking useless upgrades and NOT listening to constructive advices from more experienced players. Usually they don't use chat at all. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in nutshell. It wasn't the case two-three weeks ago, which concerns me that canteen crasher slowly becomes casual mvm in terms of quality of players.
Your thoughts on the matter?

Well, perhaps all of that "advertising" of TT, and now CC by big youtubers attracts crowds of people who aren't really familiar with MvM stuff, and well, bet some part of people is mainly in the tour just for dem free medals, which might be the cause for the lesser "players' average skill quality".

Also, about class stacking, you mean class stacking in general, or people stack some specific class? (well, sometimes class stacking can be good, but just sometimes.)

Yeah I know there are cases stacking particular classes might give advantage. I'm rather talking about general case.

Because they want to complete their contracts and they've already completed those for the classes they main, so now they're forced to play the clases they're bad at.

It's the reason why most games no longer have an engi or medic, and instead everyone's fighting to play scout, sniper or spy at the detriment of their team. It's casual mvm all over again, except these players know that they're throwing the game

How does being bad in one class make your IQ decrease by 50%?
It's not about being bad in one class or another but about being ignorant overall.

more servers = people with less free time can play, which are usually people who are less skilled due to not investing as much time into MvM

also youtubers/reddit posts/streamers

My guess is that when CC was first released, there were only 6 servers, and they were full 24/7. I had to sell my soul to get into a server or had to keep refreshing the page hoping for an empty slot in the server. So there was no room for error and if you made too many mistakes, you were kicked. So most people there were experienced mvm players or players who have a good understanding of the gamemode.

But since there are 20+ something servers and Youtubers promoting the servers, more newbies start to populate the servers since there are bunch of space/slots in servers.
I always get either:
Some very foreign guy who dosent speak english and with a very deep voice that likes to yell at the medic or his teammates but does nothing for his team
Or
A Vietnamese who keeps mic-spamming gibberish when his team cant understand anything.

(Sorry if i offended anyone)

From my personal experience, newbies are less likely to listen to other players or do anything to help their team(Not all newbies do this, but most of them) But this could be just them wanting to do contracts, like Randomystick said:
