Strike, Pass, or No Strike?: No Strike

Team Lineup:
  • DaMno (Soldier)
  • Mudun (Sniper)
  • Sntr (Engineer)
  • WildJaydogG03 (Scout)
  • Skin King (Pyro)
  • Nilin (Heavy)(Wave 1-3)
  • the fat (Heavy)(Wave 4-6)

General Feedback:
  • The Void bots are hard too see due to the map being very dark, you can make them less transparent
  • Mission later utilizes a lot of spam that requires huge DPS

Wave 2:
  • The punchies were straggling by a bit, make them spawn faster by a second or two

Wave 4:
  • Remove the last tank, it spawns when most of the main wave is dead and there is already many tanks

Wave 5:
  • The wave start requires way too much damage output especially with all those minigiants
  • The bisons were quite straggling, make them support

Wave 6:
  • A huge spam of giants is thrown at the start of the wave which makes it very hard to hold without heavy/med

General:
-removed void bots because of a bug that makes them completely invisible with lower end graphic configuration and sometimes apply to bots that shouldn't have it

Wave 2:
-punchie umed combos spawn 2 seconds faster

Wave 3:
-fixed phlog pyros continuously taunting

Wave 4:
-removed last tank
-fixed last tank not having final skin

Wave 5:
-decreased the amount of gauntlets and DF pyros
-toned down DF pyros skill to hard
-increased WaitBetweenSpawns of the colonel/gmed combos
-reworked second subwave
-replaced gauntlets in last subwave by tomislav heavies
-made bisons support limited
-made second subwave WaitForAllDead to avoid a big overlap between the first and second subwaves

Wave 6:
-toned down the spawnrate of the giant scouts and decreased their total count
-toned down dh soldier spawnrate
-made heavies spawn later
-replaced pocket pistol scouts by sticky demos and put them in support
-made buff soldiers spawn in stream instead of burst
-decreased the amount of heavies

General Feedback:
  • Revise the usage of cloak banner, currently they are not really that usefull for commons or weak giants, perhaps buff their support.

Wave 4:
  • Remove last tank as we killed the main wave way before it even reached 1/4 of its way and it left us with demoknighs support and just a tank.

General:
-slightly increased cloak banner radius
-added custom nav file to fix a lot of connection issues

Wave 1:
-changed flare pyros that come with the giant heavy by detonator pyros and changed how they spawn
-replaced uncharged soldier by regular gsoldier

Wave 2:
-added some scouts that come with the second and third subwave

Wave 3:
-put more space between each giants and reduced some of their count
-increased Sydney Snipers cooldown time 35 -> 40 and decreased their count 3 -> 2

Wave 4:
-increased tanks hp 19k -> 22k
-removed last tank
-made the soldiers that come with the cloak banner big commons
-added spies

Wave 5:
-reworked second subwave (again)
-reworked third subwave
-replaced first colonels by deflectors and made the gmeds regen
-increased the space between the commons in the first subwave
-toned down df pyros skill to normal
-removed mission support

Wave 6:
-added a tank at the last subwave

  • Ending subwave with the KGB and uber medics dragged on a bit and felt slow, resulted in an underwhelming finish to the wave

-updated overclocks

Wave 2:
-made the third subwave spawn earlier and faster
-decreased support scouts maxactive

Wave 5:
-slightly decreased the space between each subwave and gmed pairs
-made the gmed pairs not spawn from the left spawn due to nav issues

-increased starting cash by 200

Wave 1:
-gave splendid screen to the gknights instead of targe
-decreased payout by 200

Wave 2:
-made kgbs spawn in stream and removed their speed penalty

Wave 3:
-replaced rapid soldiers by soldiers with umeds

Wave 4:
-increased spies DesiredCount 2 -> 3
-added teleporter engineers (not telein)
-made frontier engineers support limited

Wave 5:
-replaced big heals by gmeds
-decreased the space between each robot in the second subwave
-changed demos skill to hard
-removed shortstop scouts and bowmen and extended the second subwave commons
-moved heavies and demos to support limited

  • The Phlog Pyros are just AlwaysCrit Pyros since they enable the charge when they spawn. Make them have crit border icon
  • The money in support could be more distributed rather than being in first 12 bots
