That's the mashed mediocrity medal that hasn't been added. The donation medals have been in-game for over a year now. Did you remember to add your steam id or profile link in the message box?

Today's update was just a small patch done to address the lag bots in casual mode. It did NOT add the Mashed Mediocrity medal.

OFFICIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR POTATO MEDAL
In order to receive the Mashed Mediocrity potato medal, you must meet ONE of the following TWO criteria by April 13th:
- Have played at least 6 of the 8 missions in full (all waves).
- Have earned a total of at least 3 hours wasted. This can be viewed either in the potato.tf website after logging in OR in the chat at the start of each wave. (NOTE: This will change after a few days, but the time requirement will not go higher.)

After finishing one of the requirements listed above, wait for the next TF2 update for Valve to add the potato medal into the game, because it is not in the game yet.

Yes, that is a feature. You just need to be lucky enough to find an open server that's close to the wave you need but hasn't started it yet. Waves are only counted when you're present from start to finish without leaving. We're still looking into the wave 9 bug since we had thought we'd fixed it. That said, you only need to complete 6 missions fully to get the medal, so if Donacdum and Trash are your only two incomplete missions, you can call it a day and still get your medal.

- Donating $1 USD and reaching the next charity goal will award all donors up to the milestone an in-game Boundless Heart donor medal!

The boundless heart can only be obtained if we reach $55k. We're currently at $53,393.

A multi class cosmetic, or un-tradeable genuine unusual taunt/emote involving potatoes in some form.

It's the same badge as last year but with a new name and description. Valve no longer allows the use of new badge models and has never allowed the use of any cosmetics other than badges.

What if you have failed one wave and replayed it again. Does it count as succesfull ?

If you beat a wave from start to finish once, it counts as beaten, regardless of whether or not you've failed it.
