There are only a few dozen servers. It's incredibly easy to just scroll down the full list or the location-filtered list and ignore the ones with the bright green stripes. The indicator was specifically requested, but making a filter too would just be unnecessary dev time.

No, the next event (if we run one) will actually go back to just int and adv missions since experts were kind of a mess internally to judge; some of them actually ended up easier than most advanced missions. I don't know of any servers actively running TT missions.

The points should also be rewarded instantly, but right now there's a bug such that contract progress and some mission waves aren't updated until midnight EST (and even then, sometimes it takes a couple days).

It is (relatively) instant. Once you unlock a medal (get enough tour and contract points), you will get it as soon as the medal server gets to you. It takes about 3 seconds to give 1 medal, so it might take a few hours to get your medal when we first reach a new contract point threshold.

These contracts are currently bugged. We know about it.

Keep in mind that even in the original announcement of MM, it was stated that the contracts should take about 100 days to complete. That is still the case.

Speaking of the TT missions... what's gonna happen after MM is over? Will there be another campaign event sometime in the future, at all? Or will any of the past ones ever be brought back, even if without contracts, medals or tour points and all that other jazz?

The previous events are never being brought back. There is another event planned to follow MM, but when and if it will actually happen depends on how much free time Hydrogen will have since he's in grad school. Going off his presence over the past month, the answer is not much.

There is currently a problem with our medal distribution server. You will get your medal when this is fixed (no ETA). This event is in no way associated with Mann Up Mode.
