Win conditions:
Waves 1-3: Bomb deploy
Waves 4-6: Tank/Bomb deploy
Wave 7: Bomb deploy
Wave 008: Cool boss fight that gives Cuphead a run for its money

List any major changes:
- Scout is a minigiant
- Soldier, Demo, Heavy, Pyro are all Giants
- Mission throws out upgrading to pre-upgrade all weapons instead, to emphasize playing as bots (you play as various Template versions of your class)

the other thing is that we wanted 100% completion of campaigns to be an optional goal and not have any medals tied behind them (especially due to the sheer bloat of the last two campaigns)

I'm not sure what exactly are you trying to say here but the thing with using EventPopFile Halloween is that it sets the wave bar to say Wave 666 no matter what wave it actually is (You only see the actual amount of waves via potato.tf)

While on the server you don't see which wave you're on because every wave is displayed as Wave 666

yes, the bonuses gained per level may be minimal but there is something gained per level.
It's not like sentry's firing speed, vacc's uber duration or flamethrower's afterburn duration where the upgrades are mechanically broken and just flat-out don't work

Knockback Rage level raises the duration of knockback rage, it still works as it should

as for those stat changes, we're not going to do any of that since the idea has been to keep the campaign experience as close to boot camp/mann up as reasonable and having a weapon change its stats entirely when you join a potato.tf server is the entire opposite of this

Medic does get excused by the fact that it's the Medic, a class that can't do anything if their team is bad and keeps getting themselves killed (we did actually discuss banning the projectile shield too but decided against it in the end)

And yeah, Explosive Headshot basically lets Sniper destroy hordes all by himself. He and Spy just don't get much better due to the stigma against the class because of people who don't know what they're doing (especially Spy suffers from this)
Explosive Headshot is still just an accessory to Sniper's rifle and he needs to land shots to trigger that effect (even if the effect is laughably overpowered when a Sniper who can headshot uses it or coupled with the Hitman's Heatmaker) alongside the fact that you'd need to buy at least two ticks of it to make the most of it costing you $700

Explode on Ignite just got singled out because it's a $400 upgrade which charges off damage dealing and deals an absurd amount of damage when it goes off. Coupled with a Pyro who maxes Airblast strength and damage on their flamethrower, the Pyro can now effortlessly hold off a horde of bots all by themselves and when the situation gets rough, they can just airblast the bomb into the stratosphere.

The upgrade got banned mainly because Pyro has plenty of tools in their disposal already and EoI is too potent of an upgrade considering how easy it is to use and what you get out of it.
