Too kind to trade up?
I'm wondering if it's because I'm too kind, but I'm finding it impossible to trade up on CS:GO.

Sounds like you are too good hearted to shortchange someone for your own benefit, which is one of the tenants of successful, profitable business.

Business in which one person wins and one person loses is not nice.
