if the player is boosted to a level where he or she dont stand a chance he will loose the rank and the skin

if they dont ban the mean people then the mean people can countinue to be mean. if they kick them then they can rejoin and be mean, if they get banned they can no longer harrass the group with that account. so in other words. desprite times call for desprite measures

I used to believe the same thing, but one person who was mean to me for months all of a sudden showed a change of heart. Everyone has kindness to them, it's up to them to put it to use.
