+ immediately. If it is hacking/exploiting or spamming, also report them using Steam's report system. This offence is not classified as it is very serious. The punishment for this offence is a 30 day suspension and a demotion to Crewman for as long as the Fleet Admiral(s) sees fit.

7.) Keep it clean. You won't know the ages of many of our group members and there is no need to expose them to that type of language.

- Section Two: Uniforms -

1.) Uniforms are required to be worn, not all the time, but at least when attending group events like trainings, roleplays, patrols, practice raids and court martials.

2.) As already mentioned, you have one week to buy a complete uniform. Pants and shirts are generally free, and rank pips are as well free.

3.) Uniform colors and the rank the rank pips represent must conform to your division and rank. If you have trouble with this, the title of the clothing in question may be of assistance.

4.) Uniform colors are simple: Red is Command, yellow is Engineering/Tactical, blue shoulders are Science, and a blue torso is Medical.

5.) If you need new rank pips, you will be given two days since they’re free.

- Section Three: Ranks -

1.) Free ranks will not be given, they must be earned. So please, don’t ask.

2.) You can only be promoted once a day.

3.) Rear Admiral Lower Half+ are the only personnel that will have admin. The abuse of these powers will result in the powers being revoked and the accused being suspended until a court martial can be called.

4.) Only {FA/DEV}+ can edit group announcements and others ranks.

5.) Unlike other groups, you will not be promoted in the general fleet for being promoted in a division.

6.) In a division, you can send an application (if applications are open) to the owner or Director to become the Director or Deputy Director if your application is found acceptable.

7.) You cannot be promoted above Admiral.

8.)In order for a cadet to be promoted, they must earn 150 points.

9.) Points will only be awarded in Trainings.

10.) In roleplays, patrols and practice raids, you will be promoted only if the host decides you participated, followed orders, etc. well. The previous is decided at the discretion of the host .

11.) The host has final say in the event they are hosting UNLESS an HR is present.

12.) In order to be promoted to Admiral, you must fully understand the Prime Directive, carry it out to the fullest, and actively participate in group events.

13.) Cadets graduate on the last day of every month. In order to graduate, you must have accumulated at least 150 points in trainings before Graduation Day.

- Section Four: Court Martials -

1.) There are different court positions. There is the judge, jury, defendant, accused, and prosecutor.

2.) Spectators sit in the chairs in the row on the sidelines on the sides of the court room.

3.) Spectators may not interfere in the case.

4.) Spectators may not talk unless needed. Normally we don’t do this, but it’s simply because we need to be able to use and see the chat without spectators updating it every three seconds with nonsensical content, making it impossible to read (and actually try the case).

4.) Witnesses are anyone who is not fulfilling a role such as juror.

5.) The Judge is ALWAYS the Fleet Admiral(s) of Starfleet.

6.) Seating for personnel non-essential to the Court Martial will be labeled along with seating for personnel essential to the Court Martial.

7.) Court Martials will always take place on a Friday or Saturday night.

8.) A trial date should be selected no more than 2 months before the Trial and no less than 2 weeks before the Trial.

9.) All personnel are required to wear a Dress Uniform to a Court Martial, along with pips.

10.) The Star Spangled Banner and Group Anthem (Main Star Trek theme) will be played before every Court Martial.
