For Supporters of SGAUG+ Acceptance and Scoped Pride

Scoped pride or SGAUG+ pride is the positive stance against discrimination and violence toward SG, AUG and other 'unusual' weapon (SGAUG+) users to promote their self-affirmation, dignity, equality rights, increase their visibility as a social group, build community, and celebrate playstyle diversity and gameplay variance.


An update was released October 9th 2018 which reduced the price of the SG to $2750 and the price of the AUG to $3150. Due to this update opressive arguments such as "a smoke would be more useful" are no longer valid, but us scoped weapon users are still receiving daily hate for our choice of gun.


With pro players showing interest in these forbidden tools, it has become more socially acceptable for us common folk to come out as scoped mains.


Even with pro support we are not completely safe from scopists.

As the above quotes show, we are not yet in complete safety. Studies show that even those who aren't openly against the SGAUG+ movement still don't agree with the concept and 73% of individuals say they'd feel 'uncomfortable' with a scoped main on their team.

We are in a better place now than we ever have been as a community, but it's still not good enough! We cannot have these closet scopists thinking it's ok to go around harrassing innocent people purely for their weapon of choice!


If you see someone receiving abuse for what they're using in an MM game, a PUG or even a community server then say something! There are many hidden talents who will never see their true scoped potential due to being forced away from what they prefer, as if it's unnatural.

Spread the word, let people know that we are a real movement! We're not trying to say that the socially accepted weapons aren't a real choice, just that the meta has space for more than what is currently being used.

Together we can change the CS:GO meta forever!
