A new address, and version problems

The server's ip address is now 76 73 156 151. There should be less downtime with this new change.

Also, Bukkit is taking a while to update. I'm considering switiching back to the default server. This would keep the server at parity with minecraft's version. The downside to this would be more lag while on the server. If anyone has an opinion on this I would like to hear it.
