That's like some kind of Saudi Arabia logic where they punish the rape victim. No, you can get marked for trading with a known scammer if your dealings with them are suspicious, like you were possibly buying stuff they scammed with full or partial knowledge of how they were getting items. There would be no benefit to marking or banning someone that was a victim.
