Be patient, your ticket is not the only one on the site. The staff wil get to it as soon as they can.

I've made some tickets after 2 days to check if anyone of support here else. There's only one support, so is it any chance to get it answered this month?

Like I said, there are a large amount of tickets, when the ticket gets answered depends on how many appeals the staff can get through.

Be patient. I hear a lot of people waiting 1 - 3 months then finally getting a response.

Support recieve a lot of tickets, the best thing you can do is be patient. They are currently in the process of hiring new staff which will hopefully speed things up.

Support receives a lot of tickets and if you have any kind of knowledge about the stuff they deal with only a daily basis you would understand why the little things might not get answered within the couple of hours that most would like. The admins do this because they enjoy doing it, its not based on a salary. Just be patient I'm sure someone will get to you as soon as possible.

MB next month later, no way to get help when moderator banned you by mistake(i guess so) and unbanned cos all my trades become closed by reason that im was banned. And he's still moderator..

Well I can't answer for the reason you were banned. I am not an admin so can't help you there but they must have looked into somewhat if you got unbanned. Just be patient I'm sure that will get with you as soon as they have figured everything out. I would recommend though if they closed your previous trades not putting up the same trades unless you know the reason you were banned so it does not happen again.
