What's your opinion on refunds?
How do you respond to a customer feeling buyers remorse? Are you like "tough ♥♥♥♥ bro, shoulda thought of that earlier" or are you like me who only does it so you don't feel bad? Are we obligated to give refunds on outpost?

Definitely not obligated, I (would) only ever trade back when I actually want the stuff back. If the person simply didn't research the hat/ don't want it anymore, I won't do it. A guy once bought a pink as hell beak off me after a LOT of thinking and discussion, he wanted his hat back AFTER getting it saying he didn't like how it only paints the tip. No way, took so much of my time and it was a fair deal, they gotta research how it looks before hand or ask to show in game.

For me, it depends on one thing:

The Customer's attitude. if the customer is a nice, polite person who is simply feeling buyer's remorse, of course I'm open to refunding their items. But if the customer is a rude jerk who acts as though their time is worth more than mine, you can bet that they won't be seeing their item/s again.

Thank you for your in-depth, well thought out, and overall profound analysis of my prompt, Robot.

I always give a refund. Just seems fair and I don't feel rushed in my trades - there's always someone else to buy the goods. I probably wouldn't give one to someone who's being a dick and having a demanding attitude, but I was never in that situation.

You bought you keep it. If this was Wal-Mart or Target maybe but this is Steam. You should have looked at reviews brah.

Most of the time I give refunds. Especially if they sold me something then decided they wanted it back. It may be a little annoying but hey. There is one situation where I will get them to explain to me in depth why I should give them a refund and that is after I have sold them an unusual hat. My reason for this is because now the trade history on that hat is longer by two and my name appears twice split up by another name which may cause some future buyers concern that the hat is duped or something else.
I tend to refund if the buyer seemed friendly. However I once sold a hat for 2 Refined, and the buyer said I scammed him because he found someone selling it cheaper, and wanted to trade back everything. No way.

I usually don't give refunds. When customer is not sure if he/she will like item, I advice him/her to check how it looks on TF2 Wiki or in Mann Co. Store.
